Freshly caught and prepared fish tataki platter, sushi platter, steamed beef tendon and cabbage, summer vegetables... Quality is paramount! This course focuses on delicious seasonal ingredients from Kochi and local production for local consumption.

(Sea bream, yellowtail, tuna, bonito)

・Assortment of three types of sushi in a wooden tub

(Seafood roll, two types of nigiri sushi)

- Freshly caught fish seasoned with aromatic chives from Kami.

Grilled seasonal fish with edamame paste and seasonal grilled vegetables

Steamed beef tendon and cabbage

- Deep-fried Tosa pork with yuzu mayonnaise

- Eel rice bowl (hitsumabushi style) with dashi broth, served with two kinds of pickles.
